Hi - I've just rec'd a text from 02 stating that you're having difficulties processing my payment? I've never had this before and been a customer for many years. The message has also given a link so that 'I can update my payment details to avoid charges.'
The link is <Link Removed> and the text came from +447423575504.
Can you pls look into my query as I do not wish to incur charges or to be scammed! Needless to say I tried the link and nothing came up and the mobile is not connecting. This all leads to think it's a scam. I'd like confirmation that there are no issues with my bill payment please.
