Hello,
For the last 3 days I havent been able to accept any incoming calls nor dial out. I check the service status in the local area and they are now all working fine. I have swtich the phone on and off but still unable to make any calls. Any suggestions? Advice? Its not the best time to not be able to make calls. I cannot make facetime calls nor whats app calls...... Thanks

You may need a new sim. Take the old one out ,clean it gently and return to device. If that doesn't work then ring o2 and ask for a new sim.

Unfortunately it didnt last.... I have no idea how to get in touch with someone from o2 to order a replacement sim ---
