Terminating 12 month sim only on 02- to 02 24 month contract

hello- i took out the 12 month sim only contract with 02 in july 2012 after having been on the sim only rolling 1 month contract for years. I now wish I hadn't as my blackberry has broken! My current payment per month is £15.50 and I would now like to purchase the iphone and remain with 02. I have seen a deal for £31.00 per month- would 02 let me upgrade to this early?

You should be able to upgrade now on the 12 month Simplicity contract but you will have to do it via customer service.

hiya can I do that even though i am only 4 months into the 12month sim only contract? I might just ring 02 and see what they say as i've been with them for 12 years perhaps they'll be kind to me!
