Hi everybody,
I am currently out of the country and I need to change my pay monthly contract to pay as you go. I want to keep my number, I am also out of my contract (its just rolling monthly now).
I cant find anything in the forums or the website about this, any help would be appreciated.

Customer service can do that for you but they can't post a sim to you if you are out of the UK. They can post it to your UK address and maybe someone can forward it to you?
You can contact them using the link at the foot of any page or via email or chat using the links in my signature.
