My phone contract is coming to an end in December and my tariff is not going down in price as expected. It is remaining at £49 when I am no longer paying for the device. I was told it would go down by approximately £20 when my contract ends.

@Elle4

It will only reduce if you are on refresh, ie took your contract directly from O2.

If you bought from elsewhere, you can upgrade to a sim only tariff and just keep your current phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
