Tariff change

I wonder if anyone can help. I recently carried out a transfer of ownership to keep my old number but now with a sim only monthly plan of £15, however I’ve just received an email saying my tariff has been changed back to my previous contracts tariff of £56 which I didn’t want to happen. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know if it will change back to the original tariff I wanted of £15 ?

You need to call customer service
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary
