I purchased a tariff upgrade on Tuesday (9 July) and since then the upgrade remains 'in progress' on my O2 portal. I have been passed from one team to another and spent hours on the phone but no one is able to help.
I was told yesterday that CPW had sold me a tariff that was incompatible and then when CPW investigated they were told by O2 that my upgrade needed to be manually pushed through and it would take another 3-5 days but they cannot be sure.
I am now stuck on my old tariff and my upgrade is stuck in O2!!!
Has anyone experienced this crazy situation? Can anyone at O2 help?

Thank you. I have contacted 02 customer services several times over the last 4 days and I have been passed from them to CPW and back again every day. I have contacted O2 web chat also and no luck!
