Tariff Upgrade Stuck 'In Progress' for 4 Days!

I purchased a tariff upgrade on Tuesday (9 July) and since then the upgrade remains 'in progress' on my O2 portal. I have been passed from one team to another and spent hours on the phone but no one is able to help.

 

I was told yesterday that CPW had sold me a tariff that was incompatible and then when CPW investigated they were told by O2 that my upgrade needed to be manually pushed through and it would take another 3-5 days but they cannot be sure.

 

I am now stuck on my old tariff and my upgrade is stuck in O2!!!

 

Has anyone experienced this crazy situation? Can anyone at O2 help?

It’ll likely get changed on your anniversary date as that’s what happened a few months ago when I changed from 2GB-4GB data

A tariff change will start on your next billing cycle but an upgrade should only take 24 hours.

Thank you. I have contacted 02 customer services several times over the last 4 days and I have been passed from them to CPW and back again every day. I have contacted O2 web chat also and no luck!
