Hello I received a letter from you with account number [REMOVED] this account was closed on 3.08.2024 I don't understand why I have to pay another bill in the amount of £ 43.69 please explain it to me,

It will be your last bill, which still needs to be paid, and did you cancel it correctly as in this guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
