if you are on Refresh the only way to cancel is to pay off your device plan....then you can walk away

If you are struggling with payments you need to contact customer service asap http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
They may offer you the chance of a payment plan....

That indeed is a high bill but you need to see what the extra charges are for so as not to get repeated high bills. As said, if you find the money to pay off the handset then you can just give notice to end the contract.

They will refund your money if taken in error...They have to admit to the fault and any refund could take up to 14days
