i have just switched from my s2 to a s3, suppossedly keeping the same settings i.e 600 mins, unlimeted texts and 750 mb online. i have no internet and cannot connect to my wifi even thou i have put in the same settings. Cannot get hold of 02 phone line as they leave it playing crap untill time runs out, can i return this phone, and update. Been with them 15 years so would hope for better service, obviously makes no difference.

How do they know you've been with them 15 years if they haven't answered the phone?

Your sim can take upto 24 hours to provision properly. Keep rebooting the phone until it does.

Also reboot your wifi router to help with that connection.....

If it's a BT Home Hub you may have problems... Try changing the hub's security settings to wep.
