Last night I for some reason actually remembered I had switch up in my deal. So I decided to upgrade to the s24 ultra 18 months into my contract.

My phone I have now is the 23 and it has minor wear and tear, but nothing noticable. I was told during the upgrade and check out process that I would receive and email shortly with instructions on how to send my phone, but i've not received anything. So just wondering if anyone has sent their phone to o2 before?

Also, what if my new phone turns up and I then send my old one away and it fails the check and they send it back? Can I send my new stuff back and cancel the new contract?

I don't think it will fail, its in fantastic condition, no cracks or dints etc.

Thank you

That's why we always recommend doing switch up in store. You get an immediate decision

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

They may ask you to pay a difference or the full amount depending on their valuation.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
