Cant receive calls from Vodafone users

I have been receiving calls from Vodafone users for the last 3 years.  

Suddenly my contacts on Vodafone are unable to call me, they can text me or whattsapp but not direct call me.

They have checked with Vodafone who say the issue is with me.

O2 have told me to reset the phone, turn airplane mode on/off/reset network settings, none of this has rectified the issue.

The number was ported over from Vodafone over 3 years ago, but everything has worked fine for 3 years on O2.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

You will need to contact o2 and get them to get the back office team to speak to Vodafone, as it sounds like they have an issue routing calls on their network to you. 

This usually happens when there is a either corruption in the tables on there server, to the number has dropped off,..
