I recently upgraded and didn’t realised you had to enter your student discount code on checkout (I normally do this all in store)

Looking on the website you can still text 61202 with the discount code from UNiDAYS which I’ve tried but all I’m getting back is ...

O2: Sorry we didn't recognise that. Please check your keyword and try again.

Can anyone help with why this is happening?
