I can’t pay my recent due bill due to changes in my benefits payments I’m not able to pay until 18/07/24 in full. I hope to avoid any disruptions to our service in the mean time

You will need to contact Payment Management 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
