Hi all I'm really hoping someone can help I am really going to struggle paying January's bill due to illness and receiving only ssp in December and I was looking for some support options. I have called the payment support line and I keep getting through the IVR. I then get through to a CS agent and then they say they will put me through and then I get another customer service agent. I feel like I'm going round in a vicious circle where no one wants to speak to me and I'm just looking for support for the one month. If anyone has any suggestions this will be appreciated as I'm really at a loss and struggling what to do next

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
