Hi
Like many millions of others I'm self employed and struggling to pay for the 3 mobiles phones I currently have due to coronavirus.
I've been with o2 for many years and had no problems in the past.
I'm unable to contact o2 by phone and there is no other way to to get in touch with them.
What are my options for paymemts breaks or reduced payments?
Thanks
Kev

Can't get through to them on that number either.
It cuts you off once you do all your options and says they can't take your call.

Thanks but I'd rather not have to pay using Skype to call them.
Kind of defeats the object in what I'm trying to achieve.
thanks anyway

Still won't let you get through to anyone.
Automated message tells you to go online for support!
Don't really want to cancel direct debits!
Any other options?
