Still being charged for a cancelled sim

I cancelled my contract back in may yet they are still taking £20 our of my account every month. Was on live chat and they said that I would have no more money taken out of my account and that it would be debited to my 02 account. I have no access to my o2 account because they have cancelled the contract? Anyone any advice that would help me?

Yes you should call and speak to O2 directly. Live chat serve a purpose but anything to do with accounts should be taken via a call.

When you cancelled, did you follow the advice in this guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

If you didn't use your PAC, then this could be the problem.
