SPEND CAP

My Bill went over last month and created a serious strain. I made a call via WhatsApp only later to realise it was a direct international call on my line - it cost me £15 extra on my bill!! I need a spend cap; or a way of blocking outgoing international calls

O2 says we must speak with a Guru for a spend cap to be applied. Why can’t they make it easier? These Gurus are always engaged and now I have to keep chancing, hoping to get hold of one. It is so so frustrating!

The best time to try is between 08:30 and 9:30 as there is usually little queue to get through.
