Sony Xperia 1 II preordered

I purchased the Sony Xperia 1 ii on the 5th. These are going to be available from the 18th this month. My question is; Are you going to deliver it on the 18th, or just dispatch it that time, or not even that? Because I have no information about this at all.

Got my claim in when I got the phone, obviously have to wait for the cooling off period to end and then the time on top but I'm still using my XB950BT pair I got with the xz1 well asfer I traded the phone in.

In fairness though, it's a free item and I am not expecting stellar turnaround time.

I will send them a message to ask for an update, next week. As it would be over a month since submitting my claim.

I did ask for an update and was told that my claim was verified. However, they are waiting for stock of the headphones to arrive...

So, if you didn't hear anything then I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Im still waiting also....at this rate, the new MX4's will be released, and the novelty would have worn off!

On another note, has anyone had microphone issues when using their phone for whatsapp video calls?
