Hello,
I am using an iPhone 13 Pro and whenever I am on the 4G signal, I never get fast speeds (< 2 Mbps).
I live near the Whiteley area and wherever I travel within the UK I have the same issue.
On the rare occasion that I connect to 5G, I see connection speeds in excess of 100 Mbps.
Is anyone else seeing this? Are O2 throttling the 4G speed for users and if so, am I able to get this removed?
Thanks for your time and support.

4g is mostly oversubscribed everywhere.
Try dropping to 3g and you will likely see faster speeds.

Hello MI5,
Thank you for your quick reply.
As I am on the iPhone 13 Pro, I only have options for 5G on, 5G Auto and 4G under Voice and Data.
I do not see an option to perfer 3G.

Unfortunately O2 removed that option from iPhones, so not much you can do I'm afraid.
