Data connection very slow for the past few months

I've been an O2 user for the past 5 years but since the past 5-6 months my connection speeds have been extremely slow. This is the case indoor and outdoors. I never switched to cheaper plans with other providers because of the good service I've had in the past with o2. This is really disappointing and I want this to be looked into
