Simplicity tariff for BlackBerry

Anonymous
Not applicable

Just changed my tariff to Simplicity, as needed to step down on my monthly charges and was happy with sticking with my phone bit longer-but... though I am connected to WiFi and have no problem browsing, I can not use my email or BBM-I'm getting the message that 'my device had a problem connecting to the server'. Does it mean Simplicity is useless for BB or is there any way of sorting this out?
