If you have upgraded, use your old sim for now.
You can switch to 5g sim later when customer service are back to full strength.

Was it an upgrade that you got or a brand new contract? if its an upgrade you just need to do a sim swap. Just text SWAP from your old sim to 20220 and follow the instructions.
