I've desperately been trying to contact O2 to try and delay my payment. Been trying for two weeks but cannot get through and its really stressing me out to the point of depression. Every number I've tried to call hasnt worked. I've tried 202, 0800 90...
Finally received my Samsung S20 Ultra but the sim is not activated. Have tried to call customer service but cannot get through, it says they cannot answer my call. How can i get this activated asap??
I pre-ordered the S20 Ultra but obviously have yet to receive it. The delivery address requires changing due to the current situation. Is there a way im able to do this??
