Sim swap

Hi, I earlier today I completed request for sim swap from Micro sim back to a normal sim, within 1hr my sim was deactivated but still waiting for my new sim to activate... Any ideas how long this will take. I can't believe that O2 don't deactivate/reactivate at the same time 😕

It can take anything upto 24hours during the working week, It is not O2 that does it but a centralised company for all phone carriers. 

Make sure you switch your phone off and on every know and again.
