Hi have tried to swap my sim over yesterday and it still hasn't worked is there a delay.

@alanb1976 Is the new sim to use in a new phone you've received? If so, you can still use your old sim if it's the same size for now. (Just a shot in the dark)

Unfortunately my old sim is a different size. So will just have to wait. Thanks anyway.

@alanb1976 Does your old sim have perforations? If you need a micro or nano sim you can pop the sim out to the size you need.

My old sim got turned off last night but my new SIM is still not working. Have turned phone on and off several times. Is there a delay on the new SIM starting. On do i need to try and speak to someone.

Sim swaps are being delayed currently and so taking longer than normal. Nothing happens over the weekend. Keep rebooting your phone and if nothing by tomorrow then call customer services about 8am
