Hey. I have a new nano sim for a new phone. I get to'sim network unlock pin' when I put the code in it says unsuccessful. Thanks

This means your phone is locked to another network.

You need to contact that network for your phone unlock code.

Do you have the new sim in your new or current phone? Keep re booting the phone until you get signal. If nothing happens by tomorrow then call cs

If you are doing a sim swap, you do not need to put in an unlock pin.

Are you wishing to unlock the phone or swap your number & tariff to a new sim

Thanks for responding. Keeping phone number and tariff. Just changed to a phone which needs nano sim. On the live chat last week O2 said the code would be 0000.
