I think I've been sent the wrong sim. It's inserted and my iPad has acknowledged it as being there but it's showing as no service

Why did you need a new sim?

If your previous one was lost, you will need to call O2 to lift the bars from your sim and account.

Either way, if not working, you should call O2 or pop into your local store with it.

It's a new device (upgrade).  The SIM card was included.  As far as I'm aware I've followed the process correctly

You'll need to do a sim swap to use new sim, (but can only be done by putting your old sim in a phone to text from) but for an upgrade, just use your old sim. Your new tariff is already on your old sim.

Just a thought - did you upgrade from a phone or a previous iPad?
