My sim has been disconnected because I've fallen behind on paying my device even though my sim is paid

@Andy35 Do you mean you've paid for your airtime but not your device? If that's the case, then yes you would be cut off.
You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. As it's a long holiday weekend that might not be easy.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
