I have dropped my SIM card and can't find it anywhere and was wondering if I could have a replacement sent

Use the guide to report to O2 and they will send a replacement.

Alternatively call into an O2 store with Photo ID

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
