I was on Virgin Mobile, and got transferred to O2.
However, I don't live in the UK anymore, so my sim doesn't work any more. I just want to cancel the contract, but due to the lack of sim I can't access my account.
It's impossible to actually speak to a person at O2. The chat bot doesn't help at all. There is a number to call but that will be so expensive from the US.
All I want to do is cancel my contract - it shouldn't be this hard!! Can somebody help me?
