Sim card activation

Hi, I know it has been asked before, but can't find the answer. I am an existing costumer, just got a new sim-smaller. Put it in my phone, and it doesn't work. I read that it should work straight away. What can I do? Thank you!

@Berni See if your old sim has perforations. if it does, you can pop out the nano sim and use that for now.

If you can't do that, you'll have to swap the sim. There have been delays and problems doing this online, so see if you can use your old sim before doing this.
