I do not want a new phone after my contract ends. I am not on refresh. I want to go sim only.
When do i tell o2 i am not upgrading and that i do not wish to continue when my current contract ends? I want to go sim only when my contract is up?

You can upgrade to any sim only tariff inside the last month of your contract.
Just call 202 and tell them which tariff you want and they will transfer you.
You keep the same sim and phone as all done on O2 computer.

I thought this was the case but on live chat i am being told otherwise. Being told i cant do anything til the last day of my contract....cant even tell them i am not renewing until the last day of my contract!
