Sim - No Connection

I bought my wife an iPhone the other week and took the SIM from her Samsung A3 and slotted it into the iPhone SE with no issues.

The phone now does not pick up any signal. However, it does when I put my SIM in. No issue with the phone.

I’ve seen O2 need to update some setting when moving from an Android device to an iPhone. However, it is impossible to get anyone in O2 support at this time. I’ve also seen there is a separate o2 site for swapping your SIM but not sure how this can work when it states security texts are sent to confirm the process. No signal means no texts.

Any advice welcome as it appears o2 are out of contact.

@Sergypie

The settings need to be updated for data but that won't stop the signal completely.

It sounds like a new sim is needed so call O2.
