Solved: Sim Card Activation

Hello everyone. I have just got a new Sim card but I have got an Iphone. Once inserted, its telling me now to insert another sim card from a supported network provider, or request the phone to be unlocked by your network provider. I am not sure whether its O2 or Iphone that I should contact. Thanks.

If it's locked to O2 you need to ask O2 to unlock it Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card

However, if it's the O2 sim that isn't accepted, you need to find out which network has locked it and ask them to unlock it.
