Hi,

I am currently an O2 customer looking to upgrade. When I took my previous contract I was offered 25% discount on my AirTime plan as I am a teacher. Can you confirm I am still eligible for this? If so, how do I go about getting this when purchasing online?

So do I need to purchase the contract full price and then apply for the discount?

You could do this in store when you upgrade but if they aren't open in your area you need to apply for it adterwards.
