I recently made a new contract with O2.. Everything got accepted but didnt got any more information after that. I called O2 to ask whats going on and the guy said that they sent me a link to sign the contract (but I did no receive anything (I checked spam as well) ) so I ask him if he can re-send this to me and he said no and that he have to cancel my order and i have to make a new one and then he hang up on me... I made a new order but I still did no receive any link to sign the contract (so I am gonna have the same issue again?) My old order has been no cancelled yet...not sure what to do?

I'm in the same situation, I lost 2 days of my work because their told me the phone will arrive on 6th and today I need to do everything again , now I don't know where to find this page to sign , but that will cost then a lot if the phone not with me tomorrow

@CinthiaStocco As the original post is over a year ago I assume @Izabela00 got things sorrted.
