I have issues with my internet connection and I talk with O2 customer service and it's not improving I'm paying my bill just to stay and reset the phone 5 or 6 per day

This isn't customer service, but you can lodge a complaint with O2 via https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
Have you checked https://status.o2.co.uk to see if there are any issues with the mast in your area, which might explain issues with data.
