I believe the 20GB data tariff should be open to open subscribers. What you all think?

Hi @Jamaican-Bredda

Not sure 20Gb of data would be used by all customers though...? Also if everyone had it , it would slow down the whole network structure down surely?. I am happy with what I already have...:smileywink:

If you mean new customers then o2 are supposed to offer a fair to all policy with both old and new customers treated the same.

personally I don't agree with their policy.

The 20gb option is available for anyone taking an upgrade or new contract, so it is available for everyone already.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I believe the op is referring to 20gb tariff options are only available on selected devices.

Try checking out an A3 with more than 5gb.

A fair point for those not wanting any of the flagship devices.

We can only guess as the OP was no more specific with the posted info.....
The choice, however, IS there for everyone....

I have never heard of anyone getting a free data bolt on? Was this some sort of special offer when you took out your contract?
