Short term loan?

I’ve recently checked my credit score via ClearScore and my short term debt has increased from £0 to £31 and the loan is from o2? I pay my device and airtime every month on time. This newly added “loan” is separate from my device plan that already shows on my ClearScore account. Please help

If the amount is the same as your device plan payment it will be in advance of next moths payment.

The amount is a wee bit more than my usual device, my device plan is £29 and this one that has appeared on my credit score is £31.
