Yet again O2 seem to be having issues with service.. This is very frustrating as I rely heavily on calls, email & txt for work.
I assume there will be little explanation or some 'token' discount for an O2 store given... Please sort it out.!!

i have had no signal in manchester since 10.30 am and i have lost in excess of £500 in buisness due to this i will be looking for another service provider enough is enough!!!

This is listed as a 'solution'... Incredible.. I still have no service what so ever.. Yet another day without service.
It is clearly too much to expect an uninterrupted service. I have no doubt we will get the rather feeble 'having difficulties' from O2 but, do you realise that us 'little people' are losing money as a direct result of this continued 'non service'. I will certainly be looking into changing provider when possible...

Me too. My Blackberry Torch keeps jumping from SOS to GPRS. I just came off the phone from someone calling me, then tried to send a text and I was cut off! Has O2 cut me off or is they down AGAIN? I am sick of this network now. They keep messing it up. I want out of this contract now!

Too right. I am sick of it now. You cannot even get help online other than this and HOPE that someone can shead light on it.

Yeah, once in a blue-moon is ok but not as often as this. I want to get out of this contract now and go to T-Mobile or something.
