How do you go about sending back a phone you just got delivered

You will need to call Customer Services Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

As they will need to process a cancellation etc.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@Badger74 Make sure you take pictures of the phone before you send it back. Also make sure you get a receipt and tracking number from the carrier you send it with.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
