I’ve had a text saying I’ve signed up for some type of deals, I will be charged £4.50 a week to my phone bill for them to text me. I’ve never heard of or signed up with this company or anything similar. I’ve tried reply STOP but it’s saying message failed. How do I contact an o2 guru to speak to someone, I have severe anxiety and can’t talk on the phone. The automated thing they have now is rubbish! Where is the online chat??
