Anyone else had a text from 07519 305752? It said O2 unable to process my bill and to update my billing details to avoid fees. Included link takes you to a convincing O2 login page, but when I checked my account through the MyO2 app, the latest bill shows as paid. Source of text is registered in India. I assume it's a scam, but perhaps O2 could confirm?

I have had one too but from a different number 07821 719362.  Luckily thought it was wierd that the payment could not be processed and checked on MyO2 first.

Hello @Dibbles

Good you popped in here to mention it. Checking with Myo2 account first is definitely the best.  Do not click on links and stay alert all the time for SCAMS

@Dibbles Did you click on any links within the text and enter your account details or card information? If so, you need to speak to O2 customer service and your bank asap.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I never click on links within a text or to my account just in case.  Always better to take a little bit longer and be safe!
