I pre-ordered the S20+ and as part of the deal i recycled my old hauwei P20 pro. When the S20+ arrived there was no pack with it for me to recycle my old phone so i contacted o2 and they sent me out a pre-paid envelope to send the phone back to them. It turns out that the address on the envelop was for a repair centre in Norwich and not the recycling one that it should have gone too. I have tried ringing and emailing o2 to resolve this but no one is doing anything to help me. The current status is that my phone is in Norwich and i cant get it either sent back to me nor can i get o2 to move it to where it has to go. O2 say that they can see that the phone has been in Norwich since 16/03. I am owed the £107 for the phone and £100 for the pre-order, has anyone else experenced any issues like this? WIth the way things are at the moment i am counting on the money that i was due to get from o2 and the customer service has been awful and i have been with o2 for 10+ years. when i get someone on the phone they with pass me around departments or tell me that they will resolve it and no one has. Please someone help!!
