I changed my bank details of which you failed to arrange your end and now the second phone that I have on pay monthly with yourselves has been cut off and has been for nearly a week. I cannot get through to anyone and there is no option to pay any outstanding balance. Oh and I was charged £20 extra this month

Would also like to highlight that I have been with o2 for a very long time and have always been happy with everything from service to price EVERYTHING. But could do with this being resolved

Sorry to hear of your difficulties, don't forget we are a community forum and not o2 we try to help fellow members where and when we can.

I can see you need to sort your concerns quickly, unfortunately during these very testing times customer services of mostly every industry are in short supply.

When calling o2 customer services telephone numbers etc. given by member cleoriff

try to call as early as possible 08.00am you may then get a better chance of getting through.
