Happy new year all.

I'm a new customer - just signed op with Virgin Media.

On the install process, it asked me when I wanted my service and SIM to be sent - I sekected a date further in the month as we won't move into that property until then.

Now I get an email to let me know that my SIM has been sent to my (to be) new address and will arrive tomorrow.

How can I recall / stop this?

Thanks.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thanks
