Hi
I order SIM card. Received my contract, gone through payment and credit check. The payment didn't leave my bank despite I approved it on the app at the time of purchase. I got on screen message saying order being processes and should receive it following day but so far nothing received.
Can you please check if order gone through or I need to re-order?
