I haven’t recharged my tariff for a while, so I decided to renew my rolling plan today, I was debited from my account but it’s not reflected on my tariff balance, what could be wrong?

If you are still able to make calls and send SMS and use data, then you are good - the system has given you your monthly allowance in return for the money that was taken from your card, @Funmilola - if that is not the case, you will need to contact O2 on 4445 to find out what went wrong. Next month, your allowances are reset when the next payment is collected from your card

To check your remaining allowances:

  • Call 4444 free, then choose option 2 and 2 again
  • Text BALANCE free to 20202
  • Visit My O2
